What I once feared about fitness has now become my invigorating warm-up routine!

In our fast-paced lives, we often lose sight of our true essence as fears take hold and weigh us down. Recognizing this is vital for pursuing genuine happiness. But what is happiness?

This profound question once burdened my heart until I found clarity through yoga, which means "to bind" in Sanskrit.

When i was 17 years old, in my very first Yoga lesson, I experienced liberating freedom. I learned to harmonize my mind and body, achieving the balance and clarity essential for my journey. Since then, yoga and fitness have become unwavering passions.

I have deeply engaged with the profound teachings of Yoga, unlocking the powerful spiritual wisdom that this ancient practice provides. Through Hatha Yoga, I have mastered the essential skills of posture and breath, effectively channeling my vital energy. In Vinyasa Yoga, I confidently link poses with breath in a dynamic flow, creating a remarkable connection between my soul and body. My practice also includes Power Yoga, a vigorous and intense discipline that challenges me and significantly enhances my strength and flexibility.

Throughout my coaching career, I have observed a striking trend where many of my fitness students possess impressive muscle strength but often lack the flexibility found in those who integrate yoga into their fitness training. To address this, I have decisively infused yoga moves into my fitness classes, significantly enhancing my students' power, flexibility, and balance; as they adopt these practices, they experience remarkable improvement, transforming their performance and setting themselves apart from their peers. This evolution is not just physical; it fosters holistic development, empowering them to pursue their best selves.

My commitment to fitness extends further as I actively incorporate yoga, fitness, and anti-aging techniques into my teaching practices. I continuously seek effective methods for body sculpting, toning, strength training, facial fitness, and posture correction.

I was raised in a family with a strong medical background, providing me with a significant advantage in understanding the human body and muscle structure. This knowledge empowers me to design optimal, safe, and engaging workouts and programs.

After seven transformative years as a professional coach, I followed my passion and opened my first center in Amman in 2022, marking a powerful new journey toward empowerment and growth. I am dedicated to sharing the transformative power of fitness and yoga, inspiring others to embrace their own paths to wellness and fulfillment.
